This project – just from the point where my involvement began solely from the music side – took about four or five years, perhaps? We had plenty of time, yet for some reason, I have almost no memories of feeling at ease. I think those years were spent diligently tackling whatever we could, constantly monitoring the development progress as it unfolded.  

Originally, it was supposed to be a story recreating Director Noma's harsh life in an RPG-like format. However, that concept vanished without a trace at some point. While the music wasn't specifically rewritten to match this shift, we constantly wrestled with questions like, “even though we call it orthodox, how seriously should we take the meaning of orthodoxy? How much homage should we pay?”.
